Health Requirements

For the safety of all pets in our care, dogs attending daycare or boarding must:

• Be current on Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations
• Be on an active flea and tick prevention program
• Be free of contagious illness, vomiting, diarrhea, or parasites
• Complete a temperament assessment prior to group participation

Planet Doggy reserves the right to refuse service to any pet showing signs of illness, parasites, or unsafe behavior.

Behavior & Group Play

Safety is our top priority. Dogs participating in daycare, boarding, or enrichment activities interact in supervised group settings that carry inherent risks, including scratches, play-related injuries, stress, fatigue, or exposure to contagious illnesses despite cleaning and vaccination protocols.

Planet Doggy reserves the right to remove dogs from group play or discontinue services if behavior is unsafe for staff or other pets.

Veterinary Care

If a pet becomes ill or injured while in our care, Planet Doggy will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, Planet Doggy may seek veterinary treatment as deemed necessary. Owners are responsible for all related veterinary and transportation expenses.

Boarding Hours & Late Fees

Monday through Friday boarding drop-off hours are between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. A $15 late check-in fee will apply after 4:00 PM.

Boarding check-out time is daily by 10:00 AM. Pick-ups after 10:00 AM will incur a $38 late check-out fee, equivalent to a full day of daycare.

Saturday and Sunday operate on a modified schedule. Please refer to your boarding confirmation email for current weekend hours.

Cancellation Policy

Boarding cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Holiday boarding reservations require at least 72 hours’ notice due to limited availability and high demand.

Daycare cancellations made after 7:00 PM the evening before the reservation will be charged in full.

Late cancellations may be subject to the full reservation amount.

Media Release

By attending Planet Doggy, owners grant permission for photos and videos of their pets to be used for daily updates, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
